Now that spring has finally made its way to us, and we have had a couple of awesome days of weather. It is time to think about taking our kids outdoors more frequently! Also, whether children spend a couple hours running around the yard while you are working in the yard. Or they go on a quick walk around the block with you, bringing your kids outdoors is a great way to help incorporate exercise into their everyday activities.
Spring Time Fun
When children are exposed to sunshine and fresh air, their mood is given a positive boost. Naturally, in an outdoor environment, children tend to run, play, laugh and have fun. Thus providing their bodies with exercise that is very beneficial to their health.
Getting involved with your children’s health activities and giving encouragement is a great way to instill a healthy lifestyle into your child. So, enjoy the fresh air, and get outdoors! Finally, bring your child to the Paradigm Care & Enrichment Center for a visit of our facilities and staff!
