Employment Description
Teacher Aides and Assistant Teachers help to carry out lesson plans prepared by the Lead Teachers. Aides and Assistant Teachers also spend time caring for the needs of our children, such as diapering, or bathroom needs, and preparing and serving snacks and light meals. These positions also include watching out for the safety and well-being of our precious children through modeling appropriate behavior and encouraging healthy social skills. A GREAT TEAM PLAYER ATTITUDE WITH RELIABLE ATTENDANCE IS A MUST.

All employees must be fingerprinted and thus must have a valid driver’s license or state ID. We offer an extensive training program. Also, we prefer someone with previous childcare experience or some who has or is pursuing a degree in Early childhood. We can train someone who is new to the field if we feel you are the right person for the job!
